But we also understand that sometimes things don't go perfectly — and if that happens, we're always here to help.
🔁 Our Return Policy
We accept returns only in cases where the product is received damaged or defective (e.g. torn fabric, loose stitching, or major manufacturing flaws).
⚠️ Important: For any return or refund request, an unboxing video (from the moment you open the sealed package) is compulsory. Without this video, we cannot process a return or refund.
Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of socks, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Disliking the color or style
- Ordering the wrong size or item

📸 How to Request a Return
If you've received a damaged pair:
- Email us at cozysocks01@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order 📅
- Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos + the mandatory unboxing video
- A short description of the issue
- Once reviewed and approved, we'll let you know the next steps 💌
💵 Refunds & Replacements
After approval:
- You'll be offered a full refund to your original payment method, OR
- A replacement pair (if stock is available — shipping covered by us 🎁)
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval. We'll always keep you updated 💖
📦 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Socks that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior contact
- Orders without an unboxing video
- Requests made after the 3-day return window
